This study examined the
effectiveness of a moderately intensive, 12 - session parent
training program for ODD in young children suitable
for implementation in primary care following two models
for delivering mental health interventions within a primary health care setting (Morlock, 1989): (a) an office staff model with the provision
of all services by individuals in the primary care setting, i.e., nurses; and (b) a mental health intervention model involving treatment within the practice by a mental health professional.
