This salad came about because I go so tired of watching Manservant open a can of beans and pour them

We also had way too many savoury scones and veggie scotch
eggs over the weekend, so rather than the standard bread to accompany the soup, I made the halloumi
spinach wraps that were planned in for our lunch.
Today I made this unda - style by mixing an
egg with plain yogurt, milk, and a little roasted - red - pepper hummus and cooked it gently like an omelet, then put
spinach and a corn tortilla on it before turning it
over.
Instead of having waffles on Wednesday, I had a sandwich filled with cheddar, wilted
spinach, avocado, and an
over easy
egg plus half of a cara cara orange on the side.
Pour the
egg mixture carefully
over the
spinach.

I had about 3/4 cup filling left
over which was perfect as quick sauté with
spinach and scrambled
eggs for breakfast.

egg recalls and worry
over seemingly innocuous foods like fresh
spinach carrying E. coli, we would all benefit from greater food safety oversight.
Today I sautéed some
spinach with onions, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes and topped it with an
over easy
egg.

I am 5ft 2in and 25 years old and I really have no idea how many calories I consume but this is an outline of what I usually eat; for breakfast I'll have 2 - 3 boiled or
over easy
eggs with
spinach, avocado, tomatoes and mushroom, then for snacks I'll eat a handful of carrots with hummus, half a cucumber, a whole tomato, a handful of olives, a can of tuna with olive oil / pepper / salt (I'll have 2 - 3 snacks a day) and for dinner it'll be salmon / chicken / beef with assorted vegetables.
Then I cook 2
over-easy
eggs, put the
spinach mixture on a plate, place the
eggs on top with a sliced avocado and grate some really good raw milk cheddar
over all.
Then, sauté the
spinach and mushrooms in a nonstick skillet until they're both fully cooked and then layer them
over the ham slices before cracking an
egg in the middle.
