employee advocacy programs — except for campaign coordination, where
employees are typically treated as a distinct channel, but analytics are not usually aggregated across channels.

social media listening was in 2009, and the market is probably 1 - 2 years away from acquisitions and competition thinning the number of vendors in this space.
