I will try replacing the flax egg with
EnerG egg replacer and see if that does the trick for her.
I just made this recipe with
EnerG Egg Replacer.
Like apple sauce, vinegar
EnerG egg replacer?
Also, mix 3 tsp of
EnerG egg replacer product (mixed with 3 - 4 T very warm water) then add that when you add the other liquid.
1 1/4 cup confectioners sugar 1 cup + 2 Tbsp vegan butter (I used Earth Balance) 1 1/2 tsp
EnerG egg replacer powder mixed with 2 Tbsp water (equivalent to 1 egg) 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp orange extract 1/4 tsp almond extract 2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
3 2/3 cups self - rising flour 1 / 2 - teaspoon salt 1 / 4 - teaspoon baking soda 1 / 4 - teaspoon cream of tartar 1/4 cup Earth Balance vegan butter 1/3 cup sugar 1 Tbsp
EnerG Egg Replacer Powder 4 Tbsp water 1 cup of soy milk
EnerG egg replacer should probably work too... if, by chance, you have that.
I bet it would work to use
EnerG egg replacer, you would use 2 1/4 tsp
EnerG egg replacer whisked into 3 T water as a substitute for the 3 eggs and be sure to use as soon as you prepare it.
