My husband and I filled up on

fresh products instead of processed foods, and the pounds simply started to slip off of her body.

breakfast, scramble a few eggs in extra-virgin olive oil, Italian seasoning, turmeric, and black pepper, with a handful or two of chopped veggies, like spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, and bell pepper;
enjoy with a side of
fresh fruit.
• Throw all your veggies in a soup made with bone broth and have one serving each day of the week • Toss spinach and colorful fruits and vegetables into a high - powered blender and
enjoy that for
breakfast every morning • Make cabbage and / or spinach wraps using grass - fed meat and dressings with healthy fats (olive oil, coconut oil or ghee) • Have a
