I religiously read reviews for
Epi recipes, but guess I forgot for this one, before saving as something I want to make.
I also find that
Epi recipes always take more time than what the directions say, but this came together faster than the time allotted in the recipe.

Recipe should be reviewed by
Epi for the correct amounts... However, if it is correct, I will not waste my ingredients... no question it will be greasy and flat...
When you're a food editor at
Epi, you work and work and work on a
recipe, trying to get it as perfect and easy - to - re-create as possible.
Not 100 % sold on the chimichurri - there's a better
recipe for it on
epi - but it's not bad.

So the
Epi test kitchen made three cakes, based on a
recipe available at the Duke's Mayonnaise website: unlike some mayonnaise cakes, in which the mayo stands in for the fat, here it stands in for the eggs, too, resulting in a completely vegan cake.
