Erythritol mix, use about between 1/2 cup to 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons.
Lankato is a company that makes a monk fruit /
erythritol mix which also works well for us.

However, you can achieve the same by
mixing rhubarb with strawberries and low - carb sweeteners such as Stevia or
Erythritol.
