Asparagus frittatas, chilled asparagus soup, roasted asparagus and grape salad and plain old asparagus
dipped in melted butter (
especially with some Parmesan cheese grated on top — that really add
something to it) have all been on the menu.
Although not specifically a biology book it is
something that all biology students, even all science students, should
dip into,
especially the first contribution by Lester Brown that describes the costs of environmental degradation
in economic terms and the pressing need to develop environmentally sustainable economics.
