the Everything Food Conference, and travelling home on Sunday, so I'll miss Mother's Day.
When I attended
the Everything Food Conference back in May of last year, I got the chance to connect with Real Salt and I've had a pretty amazing relationship with this company since then.

Once upon a time, back in May, Lara, Sondra, and I went to Salt Lake City for
the Everything Food Conference (EFC), which was an amazing experience in itself.

I'll be speaking at the 18th annual
conference that covers
everything from hormone health, adrenal and thyroid health, natural fertility, degenerative diseases, to traditional diets and
food preparation & more.
During the question and answer session at the end of the
conference, one attendee stood up and said to all that it was the best
conference he had been to — clearly we had crossed all of our «T's» and dotted all our «I's», that
everything we did (
food and physical activity at the
conference) was consistent with our message and that it was very impressive.
EVERYTHING WAS F# & KED UP, from registration closing early the day before the
conference began so people arriving that afternoon couldn't grab their badges (and not reopening until the morning's events had already begun), to the goody room running low on books, to editor / agent pitch appointments going massively off schedule, to parties with no
food, no drink, and hours - long lines.
I don't want to give
everything away, but let's just say they take care of you with the
food and drinks for the two - day
conference.
