Final Fantasy is back in a respectable place thanks to the aforementioned game on our list and the release of
FF XV.
Final Fantasy Type - 0 HD -(Xbox One, PS4)- March 17 - the PSP remake gets a grand upgrade to next gen. Play any of 14 new characters in one of the most ambitious FF titles to date as you navigate through a thoroughly modern warzone, and if you pre-order you can even get in on
the FF XV demo «Episode Duscae» or as I call it, «Square Enix's Endless Camping Trip».
If you get the sport on Steam from now till May 1 you may get the Half - Life Pack (additionally accessible for
the FF XV enlargement Comrades) which contains a Gordon Freeman costume for Noctis, full with a crowbar.
It appears that Episode Duscae, the demo for
FF XV packed with Final Fantasy Type - 0 HD, is the latest hit item in demand on the video game grey market.
The claims extended beyond Versus XIII, going on to say that work on the next numbered entries in the main Final Fantasy series,
FF XV and FF XVI, are in development for next - gen consoles, with
FF XV likely to be «an exclusive release.
So there is a date in place, but whether or not that means it's coming soon - ish is anyone's guess, that's not even accounting for
FF XV's already legendary delay schedule.
Though that's hard to say, it's worth noting how Verendus mentions both FF Versus XIII getting renamed and
FF XV being in development.
See what the grey market for
FF XV: Episode Duscae looks like with your own eyes.
This is what I've waited for
FF XV.
FF XV however had the most dedicated consoles of the four titles and attendees were allocated approximately 15 - 20 minutes of play time and then politely asked to bring their game time to a close to move off so that the next batch of eager gamers could get their hands on some gorgeous hack and slash action.
On the official
FF XV forums, programmer Satoshi Kitade announced that after nine years of working on it, the development team has finished pre-beta work, which means the thing I already said about the game being completely playable.
Unfortunately, it is unclear whether this means that assets and code from Versus will be incorporated into
FF XV or simply a transferal of staff from one project to the other.
Aside from detailing the changes made to
FF XV's combat, Tabata and Ofuji talked about the main figures within the game's villainous entity, the Niflheim Empire.
The insane wait for
FF XV will end for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners at some point in 2016.
Yet Persona 5 only came out in Japan within this window (I realise we knew this a long time ago, but it's still a bitter pill), and as for
FF XV... Well, it was delayed again.
To close things off, the ATR finally announced when exactly we'll find out exactly when
FF XV will be released.
Another thing to note is
FF XV's magic system, which the ATR went into greater detail on.
In the time since the release of the Episode Duscae demo last year,
the FF XV development team has reworked combat considerably.
Whoo,
FF XV look amazing.
Mat... Just so you know, my hype of
FF XV has all but killed the love I have for Fallout 4 (even with the mods).
And my girl is currently playing
FF XV on the Xbox one X (NieR Automata just came in so I'm playing that right now).
Square does know they could have made a non-MMO version of DQ X for the west, but they are too cheap AND they don't want Dragon Quest to undercut Final Fantasy sales... Especially the MMO Final Fantasy XIV and the «Xeno - ish»
FF XV.
Releasing it in the same week as
FF XV and one week before The Last Guardian, wasn't very clever.
Seems like they're putting
the FF XV engine to better use.
FF XV interior buildings and cutscenes look awesome so far though.
This song has popped up a lot over the years of
FF XVs development, but it's still a damn good song.

The games narrative is written by veteran
FF writer Kazushige Nojima (Fantasy VII Remake, Final Fantasy
XV, Final Fantasy X, Kingdom Hearts, and Kingdom Hearts II) though it has been confirmed in a Japanese live stream that the game will not contain a traditional story mode, as the game is predominantly based on an arcade game.
Other great arranged albums include «Final Fantasy
XV Piano Collections» (another fantastic addition to the
FF PC albums), «Resurrection of the Night» (Castlevania: SotN), «Square Enix Jazz», «Pokemon RBY Piano Collections», and the Materia Collective releases for
FF Tactics and
FF X. I enjoyed other releases, but many ended up having a couple of great tracks surrounded by forgettable tracks.
Looking forward to the
FF -
XV release... so many years in the making.

I'm probably gonna start a flame war with this comment, but if anyone watches this video they should realize why ATB is not suited for any of the more realistic, mainline
