I hope this helped you out and showed you that a plant based diet doesn't have to mean turning to junk
food - these are all super delicious, nutritious
vegan protein sources that can easily
fit into huge variety of meals.
I know it will not be easy to swallow that I consider having recourse to refined SHEA BUTTER but here are some reasons: 1) coconut oil is costly and my aim is not only to avoid using unethically sourced products, but also to reduce the cost of
food; 2) coconut oil has a very low melting point, even lower than spreadable butter, and even in its solid state it is quite soft, so I am afraid this
vegan butter will not be
fit for making puff pastry; 3) for all I know, and I know little, so I am not completely sure of this, coconut oil has a better nutrient profile than shea butter and is less harmful (one may infer it from the resemblance between shea butter and palm oil).
Though I sometimes feel like the odd one out for having a healthy recipe blog that does not
fit neatly into a specialty dietary category such as «clean
foods», «gluten - free», «vegetarian», «
vegan», or «paleo», I am really more than ok with that.

I previously tried cellulite creams and lotions, dry skin brushing, aromatherapy, rebounding, removing all dairy from the diet, eating a completely
vegan diet for 5 years, eating a raw, whole
food diet, being extremely physically
fit, and drinking 10 glasses of water a day.
In the list of
foods presented, whether the person is
vegan or not, there is something to
fit every kind of diet.
Lundberg organic whole grain rice entrees are one of the few packaged products I've seen that
fit in with a «real
food» lifestyle — they are organic, GMO - free,
vegan and made with whole grains.
Being healthy and
fit (training 12 - 15 hrs weekly, around 10 % body fat for the past 2 yrs) with a normally balanced diet rich in non-processed
foods, I tried a 5 - day «detox diet» of raw -
vegan juices only (just for the fun of it), that the company was marketing «for athletes».
She replaces typical bread - y
foods like a croissant for breakfast, pizza and cookies for lunch, and breaded chicken nuggets for dinner with
foods that
fit into a
vegan eating plan.
