There's not really a good test for FODMAP's aside from simply eliminating the big triggers from your diet and observing how you feel.
Mary, You can take probiotics while on the low FODMAP diet but its not really recommended to start both probiotics and the diet at the same time as you would not know if the diet or the probiotics were helping you.
