Family Unbundled Legal Services Project
Access to Justice BC's family unbundling initiative is proceeding in tandem with Mediate BC's
Family Unbundled Legal Services Project.
Collaborative efforts stemming from our February 11, 2016 Access to Justice BC Leadership Group meeting resulted in Access to Justice BC working alongside the Mediate BC
Family Unbundled Legal Services Project (funded by the Law Foundation) to support and promote the availability of «unbundled» legal services.
An earlier initiative,
the Family Unbundled Legal Services Project hosted by MediateBC, was specific to mediation.
We are inviting this kind of client feedback as part of the evaluation of the BC
Family Unbundled Legal Services project, including whether the services contributed positively to the well - being of the client and children, if any.
She is a member of the BC Access to Justice Committee, Coordinator of the BC Family Justice Innovation Lab, a Board member of the Courthouse Library Society of BC, a knowledge engineer with the Civil Resolution Tribunal and Project Manager of Mediate BC's «
Family Unbundled Legal Services project».

family law conference where I gave a talk on asset searching, I heard a wonderful talk from the «father of
unbundling» of
legal services, Forrest «Woody» Mosten.
