flights on this route were under $ 130 — so don't assume that buying Avios to use
on routes like these is a

on long - haul routes; and that you can use them for one - way travel as well.

flight of $ 1,000 with the expectation that you will, in return, receive passage
on said
flight, plus a
certain value of reward points, then they should have to deliver the value they advertised at the time of purchase since that value was needed to induce you to make the purchase.
