Since discovering that adrenal
fatigue was contributing to my
blood sugar issues, I've made a few more tweaks to my diet (you can read the full post here) and one of the biggest changes was adding more (healthy) fat to my diet.

Unfortunately, dysfunctional

sugar can send someone with these disturbances into
sugar shock.
This Leptin Diet is heavy on startches and might be a problem for those prone to diabetes or

I am following this diet because I have intolerances to certain foods, chronic
fatigue type symptoms when I over do things — with a feeling I've got flu when I haven't; and because I have
