Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 213 to establish frontal crash protection requirements for child restraint systems for children weighing more than 65 pounds.
Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall commence a rulemaking proceeding to amend test parameters under
Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 213 to better replicate real world conditions.
