NAR Government Affairs says: The new
campaign finance reform
law, which takes effect after the 2002 elections, will continue to
allow individuals (and PACs) to fund a print or broadcast «electioneering communication» that refers to a
federal candidate within 60 days of a general election or within 30 days of a primary election or convention.
