I know for a fact that I am still partially breastfeeding my 6 month old baby because
of supplementing at the beginning to relive the pain
of flat nipples being pulled
out and to tale the edge off

hunger of a voracious baby that was too worked up to nurse without an ounce or even half ounce
of bottle
feeding first.
Keep a log
of each babies
feeding and sleeping patterns + dirty nappies - this way you can see your babies progress and also if they are unhappy you can work
out why - whether it's constipation,
hunger or tiredness.
I needed the perfect handy snack to magically appear like a genie and there was nothing in sight, not a crumb in the nursery or on the night stand, diaper bag or purse, glove compartment or trunk, to help me manage my unbearable
hunger in between meals or in the middle
