While it may be a bargain bin
game it's still a lot of fun, and the story behind it all is really unique, perfect for fans of cheesy Sci -
Fi movies, it reminds me a lot of the movie Avatar because of the environment, the main part of this
game is the flying which takes some getting used too, do
to touchy controls, but eventually you'll get the hang of it, but never really
feels as smooth as
Dotemu has worked closely with original creator and industry visionary Eric Chahi on the Switch version, staying true
to the original
feel of the
game and its deep sci -
fi universe setting.
Exploring the sci -
fi world as Trace
felt way too similar
to controlling Samus in one of her adventures but it still managed
to be a solid
game.
The recent Final Fantasy
games have
felt more and more Sci -
fi than Fantasy
to me.
This title has a true arcade
feel and it's first iteration with it's sci -
fi / western theming was the first
game of its kind
to arrive on home console.
With such a track record and heavy emphasis on sci -
fi, Hoffman is already contributing heavily
to the
game's look and
feel, while keeping their grounded - in - science appeal.
Being a survival horror, action sci -
fi game, it needs
to have a soundtrack that will let the players truly
feel the intense fear of danger coming your way.
The more sci -
fi style setting is a nice change of pace for the
game, but as fellow TGB staff member Jimmy pointed out during the show, the flying robots make it
feel like a prequel
to The Matrix.

to the kind of sci -
fi books that we'd grown up with.
TB's sources also mentioned the
game looking very similar
to Perfect Dark and possessing a very sci -

With a true arcade
game feel, Wild Guns was the first sci -
fi western
to arrive on home consoles and,
to this day, there really isn't any other
game like it!
I loved the beta but I will admit I am a sucker for sci -
fi but I consider myself fairly attuned
to feeling out a
game simply by a demo or coverage.
While not the prettiest there are certainly enough textures and color in the
game to give the sci -
fi feeling as well as a planets uniqueness.

I'm not normally the type
to get excited over a
game that's considered
to be an indie title but No man's Sky has me
feeling as Eager
to play it as any of the triple A
games coming in the next 12 + months, The reason for that is simple, I pretty much love anything Sci
Fi and seeing the scale of what this
game has
to offer from exploring thousands of unexplored planets across it's massive
to universe.
DOLMEN is sci -

game, we
felt the need
to repeat that incase the title didn't give it away.

game's soundtrack, which had a Chemical Brothers futuristic sci -
