arms have become
flabby and I'm scared of doing weights as I don't want to end up with too much muscle
The only consolation is that my legs are
not as
flabby as my
arms but they are
not toned either.
After all it would look weird if you lost the weight on your core and had ripped abs but still saggy man boobs, or
flabby arms wouldn't it?
Whether they are trying to get rid of the
flabby backside of the upper
arm or lose some weight in their rear, performing exercises to target those specific areas is
not going to get rid of fat.
