As long as you keep the same amount of linseeds (flax seed), eggs and oil, the recipe will bind together.
I use the general rule to not replace more than 3 eggs with Flax Seed Egg Replacer when veganizing a normal family - sized recipe.
Also, without seeing the recipe it's difficult to tell if this will work with flax gel because it depends on what the egg is being used for.
