flexible dieting is a nutrition plan originally followed
by bodybuilders and fitness competitors that allows you to eat whatever you want and not have it effect your body composition or performance, as long as it fits into your daily calorie and macro needs.
But if you were exercising before you starting
flexible dieting then I'd go ahead and make an adjustment
by cutting 100 calories worth of fat / carbs from your diet, and repeat that process every couple of weeks until your weight is trending down.
