Flour Cookies come in several delicious flavors.

We made them today with my girls; everything that
comes from this site is called by my daughters «van Elsa», so these «Elsa
cookies» were really good (with some little changes: we didn't bake them so I added some extra coconut
flour, and we used mango in place of passion fruit, but they were really delicious and we enjoyed making them).
I used gluten - free all - purpose
flour for these
cookies and they
came out perfectly.
I thought rice
flour is sweeter than oat
flour but for some reason the
cookies came out bitter.
I have made
cookies with oat
flour a number of times, and they
come out delicious!
i have to say i doubled all the ingradients and i got 14 very tiny
cookies... so i really don't see how you got 12 small
cookies out of just three tablespoons of
flour... also i had to add some
flour as they got quite runny, it think maybe too much coconut oil... they break very easily, not good for guests, they do not look very nice, mostly
came out as crums, but they taste good anyway.
Coconut
flour enables you to bake some of your favorite
cookies, pancakes and cakes without the serious side effects that may
come from ingesting wheat.
● Melt butter in hot milk ● Add to yeast mixture ● Add
flour 1 cup at a time until
comes away from sides of the bowl ● Knead until soft and smooth ● Let sit (it says 5 - 6 minutes but I left it for 15 minutes ● Shape dough by forming a 12X8 rectagle and fold / roll and pinch the dough up on it's self lengthwise ● Butter and sprinkle cornmeal on a
cookie sheet ● Place dough on sheet let double (I left mine for about 2 hours since I went to dinner but the directions say 50 - 60 minutes, but more times means more air which I like) ● Bake in preheated oven at 425F for 30 - 40 minutes.

Of course, sprouted
flour is very handy when it
comes to
cookies and other confections that are not easily soaked overnight.
i did try the recent quinoa
cookie recipe (i used on the quinoa flakes, but, no other
flour), and they
came out terrific.

I added more
flour because I failed to see the dough needed to be refrigerated and I thought it was too thin then I saw to re-fridge anyhow my
cookies came out plump and nice.

cookies can be covered with a heavy layer of powdered or granulated sugar right after they

I'm thrilled to tell you that I made Christmas
cookies with sprouted
flour, grass - fed butter and organic sugar they
came out even better than I remember them tasting when I was a kid.
Add the
flour mix to the wet ingredients, and mix well until a smooth
cookie dough
comes together.
So I scaled back the
flour and
came up with an actual
cookie dough instead of whatever crumbly sand mixture I had previously.
Coconut
flour recipes tend to
come out on the drier side and I was afraid these
cookies would end up too delicate or crumble easily, but they don't at all.
These no
flour, no butter, no chocolate, no egg
cookies came out super delicious.
Comprised of almond
flour, coconut sugar, dried maple powder, vanilla powder, baking soda, and sea salt, the mix is just about as healthy as
cookie mixes

come out really good and others, like the breads, have not.
Am wondering if you might be able to
come up with a chocolate chip
cookie that is just as terrific using only 100 % coconut
flour?
I also tried reducing the almond
flour by a half cup to reduce the dry ingredients and used dry xylitol, this was not so great as the
cookies came out too crumbly, but it did work.
Just before I yelled some strong words at coconut
flour, the final
cookie attempt
came out thick and dense and not dry AT ALL.
