rituals... my ideal
morning starts with a meditation
followed by a cup of matcha latte and journaling, a little bit of flowy stretchy free movement, and then comes the important decision: am I in the mood for a cold or a warm breakfast?
After repeating this
ritual several times, I ponder my imminent departure the
following morning.
