I tried to be punctual in
posting but if you've been there you'll understand this: it is a country obsessed with
food, layered in such rich cultural dimensions that summing up what they do is quite a
challenge.
But today I am
posting a recipe for an event called Cooking for Karina, a
challenge to bloggers to come up with a recipe for the Gluten Free Goddess, Karina, who recently found out that she has many
food allergies.
