I'll be at Rizzoli Bookstore in NY at 6 pm on Tuesday the 5th of April for a Q&A where I'll be chatting about my
food philosophy, my health journey, my favourite recipes, my new
book and answering all your questions.
We will be there all evening to talk about our
books,
food philosophy, answer questions and also try to sit down and chat with all of you.
The
book is a fun mix of new and old: modern with the whole -
foods Paleo
philosophy, and nostalgic with the cooking tips of Jewish grandmothers just like your own bubbe.
She did a cooking demo of one of the dishes from her new
book A Small Guide to Losing Big It was super tasty and we got to have a nice chat about
food philosophy and how she works with contestants on the show.

book so much because on top of its delicious
food and down - to - earth eating

I just recently finished reading Simply Eat by Jon Benson, and I was very excited to find that this
book almost fully agrees with my
philosophies on
food.
One of the things that I really liked about this
book is that Jon focuses on whole unprocessed
food in its natural state, instead of all of the highly processed junk that fills the grocery stores these days... which coincides EXACTLY with my
philosophy on
food!
Another cool concept from the
book is the idea of a Nutravore, where they want all the diet
philosophies to come together to accept a
food plan that incorporates micro-nutrient rich
foods above all else.
I like gardening, healthy
food, reading radical and fictional
books, making rap songs about society and nature, rewilding,
philosophy, visiting family, doing creative projects like painting, finding free stuff, adventures, pretending games,...
