Today we used fresh arugula as the base
for our soft boiled eggs.
Simply choose the low pressure setting and use 3 minutes
for a soft boiled egg or 6 minutes for a hard boiled egg.
How many minutes
for soft boiled «large» eggs?
Add eggs and simmer for 5 minutes (
for soft boiled).
Once I discovered my love
for soft boiled eggs, I sought out a simple way to make a perfect soft boiled egg — a more difficult task than I had anticipated!
Set a timer and cook the eggs for 6 - 7 minutes
for soft boiled eggs and 12 - 14 minutes for hard boiled eggs.
For soft boiled eggs, I love a good 6 1/2 minute egg, but my parents prefer 7 minute eggs.
For a softer boiled egg, let sit for 8 - 9 minutes.

You could of course serve this with a number of different options but here we have simply wilted spinach with chili flakes
for a bit of a punch, added a
soft boiled egg and topped it with a dollop of yogurt, sprouts, radishes and lemon zest.
