In pursuit of these objectives the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social
Justice Commissioner and Griffith University wish
to conduct a
forum in which Indigenous participants or representatives identify a set of issues that currently face Indigenous communities when mining companies seek
access to their land or wish
