Free Coconut and Almond Macaroons

for the crust (gluten
free and vegan)(makes one large pizza crust) 1/3 cup plus 4 tablespoon
almond milk — divided 1/2 teaspoon
coconut sugar 1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast 1 1/2 tablespoon ground chia or flax seeds 3/4 cup (105 g) buckwheat flour (I used sprouted homemade flour) 1/2 cup (60g) tapioca starch 3/4 teaspoon sea salt 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for brushing the blossoms 1 small zucchini — finely shredded (optional)

and coconut and we're thrilled to say that they'll be in the cereal aisle of over a thousand Tesco stores from today,
and over the next few weeks you'll find our energy balls in the checkouts of express stores
and the granolas in the
Free From aisle.
I didn't have quite enough ground
almonds so I used 100g fine oatmeal so I think gluten
free flour would work weak too, you might need a bit more
coconut oil
and / or water though.
I used my favourite gluten -
free flours,
almond and oat, ground from whole nuts
and grains in my Froothie blender,
and coconut oil
and coconut sugar for the least - processed options.
But if you really want to make it
free of refined sugar, you can omit the Oreo - based crust
and use the following recipe for a 9 - inch fluted tart pan: 1 1/2 cups
almond flour, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup raw agave syrup or
coconut sugar, 3 tablespoons
coconut oil,
and 1/4 tsp sea salt.
Coconut flour
and almond meal combine to keep this grain
free,
and stevia takes the place of sugar.
To make this recipe dairy -
free, use a good quality mayonnaise as your base,
and then try either
coconut milk or
almond milk to thin it out.

and grease muffin tin or papers.
I used a combination of whole grain oat flour,
almond flour,
and coconut sugar to make them gluten -
free and refined sugar -
free.
I combined ground
almond flour, Meyer lemon juice, a little maple syrup, a little organic
coconut oil, some unsweetened shredded organic
coconut,
and what I had left of my lavender sugared Meyer lemon peel (ok, so they're not completely
free of sugar, but almost).
(very professional looking) I had to make a couple of substitutions based on what I had on hand (I used peanut butter instead of
almond butter, unsweetendd flake
coconut for the dried fruit,
and plain gluteen
free crisp rice ceral)
and they turned out AMAZING!
The brownie is made with frozen bananas,
almond milk, chocolate protein powder (again, if you have a plain protein powder, you can add cacao powder
and maple syrup or stevia),
and the peanut butter cookie crumble is made with
coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon,
almond or cashew butter, maple syrup
and dairy -
free milk.
This no - bake cake is gluten
free; made with
almond flour,
coconut flour, cacao, flax seed,
coconut oil,
coconut nectar,
coconut sugar
and prunes.
They are naturally sweetened with maple syrup, the Golden Barrel
Coconut Oil makes them dairy
free,
and the
almond flour gives them a little graininess that gives them the true cookie dough texture.

With two types of nuts, sunflower seeds,
coconut flakes,
and almond butter, this wheat -
free granola is super filling.
Well, the only other flour substitutes that I can think of that would be similar for this
and not be
coconut flour or
almond flour would be sunflower seed flour
and flaxseed flour but you said they were nut
and seed
free so I suppose that won't work.
I've found it hard to locate
coconut and almond flour from local sources in England, so I went with gluten
free flour.

almond flour with 1/3 of a gluten
free whole flour mix I made, with a few shakes of
coconut sugar mixed in with the agave
and my family is enjoying this cake immensely.
