cracker crumbs.
Off the top of my head other low carb options could be edamame, Primal strips, flax
crackers, yuba, seed bars, TVP, kelp noodles, nori or spring green wraps, cocoa - avocado pudding and of course things like cauliflower «rice» or «mashed potato», rhubarb crumble (with topping made with almond meal), the new
so delicious sugar
free coconut ice creams...
I especially love this crust, the original recipe called for a package of crushed gingersnap cookies (made like a graham
cracker crust)
so I've just used all the gingersnap cookie spices in the almond flour crust... you could do that with any gluten or grain
free crust recipe!
This dip is
so guilt
free and I bet it is offffff the chain with some whole grain
crackers.
When rolling out the gluten -
free crackers, it's easiest to do
so between parchment or wax paper — use your favorite little cookie cutter or use a pizza cutter to make squares, diamonds or other shapes.

free & 1 block of 1/3 fat cream cheese & I did not get cake chocolate graham

So I'm switching over to a South Beach Phase I this morning only I'm going to include all my lovely raw veggie salads along with raw nut and seed
crackers with appropriate amounts of meat and fat and continue sugar
free.
I'm particularly captivated by the idea of sugar
free apple sauce (
so hard to find) and those raw banana pumpkin
