Smoothies are aimed at elementary school - aged children and combine
fruit, Greek yogurt, vegetables,
coconut milk and quinoa.
In the summer, I keep chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter,
coconut milk, cashew milk, frozen strawberries, and cocoa powder stocked, and I dose them out into daily
smoothies, depending on what
fruit I have around and what sort of mood I'm in.
However, I know that many of you have been on the hunt for a
fruit - free
smoothie that does not use any
coconut water.
When I was recipe - testing those variations, I found that the hint of
coconut water gave the best flavor and was an awesome natural way to sweeten the
smoothie without adding
fruit.

smoothie that doesn't have
coconut water as a sweetener and no other
fruit or sweetener..
I would recommend reducing
fruit content in your
smoothie and try just a tablespoon of
coconut oil.

smoothie so good is the strong
