As a nonprofit business, the Art Rental and Sales program returns the majority of the rental fees it receives back to the artists, with the remaining
funds going to the Vancouver Art
Gallery.

Fund for the International Exchange of Art help further the
Gallery's mission as America's cultural ambassador to the world.
In 1967, the announcement that Moore was
going to give a selection of his sculptures to the Tate concerned young British artists who felt the
gallery was dedicating too large proportion of its space and
funding to a single artist.
In the first show he curated for a publicly
funded space, Hirst presented the group exhibition «Some
Went Mad, Some Ran Away» at the Serpentine
Gallery in 1994.
In addition, the
funds from any Friends of the University Art
Gallery memberships purchased during the sale will
go towards the William Hall Renovation Project.
A selection of works from Pallant House
Gallery in Chichester, including several acquired with Art
Fund support, will
go on display as part of a unique exhibition at this year's London Art Fair.
New York City Apartment / Corridor / Bristol by Do Ho Suh, an installation commissioned by Bristol Museum and Art
Gallery through Art
Fund International, will
go on display at the museum this spring.

Fund Prize for Museum of the Year 2013 we caught up with the project leader responsible for the
gallery's remarkable transformation to find out how they plan on spending the money and where it all
went right.

fund, which was started up specifically to raise money to support the search for Thomas Moore.
Set in an 18th century listed Georgian house, the show features a wide range of artists editions and products, including new editions by Cornelia Parker, Beatrice Milhazes, Richard Deacon, Richard Wilson and Ding Yi; the proceeds of the new editions (launched jointly with Ikon
Gallery, Birmingham) will
go towards supporting Ikon's 50th anniversary investment
fund.
In 2013, Martin Creed's Work No 227: Lights
going on and off was a new addition to the new Millbank
galleries, acquired for Tate with the support of the Art
Fund.
Proceeds will
go toward
funding the
gallery's program through 2016.

went forth and multiplied.
