GABA Calm is on my list to try (magnesium as well as two supplements to support fluoride ingestion / fluoride damage to my thyroid — sounds like a dream combo).
GABA Calm ™ combines two of the main inhibitory neurotransmitters, GABA and glycine, with N - acetyl L - tyrosine, which is a precursor to the neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine.

First off I am so pleased to hear the Source Naturals
GABA Calm and Country Life GABA Relaxer (a very nice combination of GABA, glycine, taurine, inositol, niacinamide and vitamin B6) has taken some of the anxiety edge away for her!

GABA Calm was only mentioned once which surprised me!
I used this at night and
GABA Calm in the day.
I like to have my clients start on either Source Naturals
GABA Calm (which has 125 mg of GABA) or one of the GABA / theanine combination products that have around 200 mg GABA, and increase as needed.
This could be something like Source Naturals
GABA Calm or one of the GABA / theanine combination products opened on to tongue and held there for 1 - 2 minutes.
Keep in mind that Tricia's daughter did well with Source Natural
GABA Calm but there are many other excellent GABA products that can be beneficial too.
I'd suggest NOT starting with the Source Naturals
GABA Calm because the sugar alcohols can be problematic for some individuals.
If you can use tyrosine the Source Naturals
GABA Calm product is the one I use with most of my anxious clients.
