GF, the
bread I miss the most is sourdough french
bread, either toasted with butter and jam or in a grilled cheese
sandwich with tomato soup.
I am yeast and non-yeast challenged: (Thankfully there is a
GF bakery up near my mom (who lives 2 hours from me) that makes great
sandwich bread, so she brings me 5 loaves every time she comes down.
I think of all
GF baking,
bread is the mountain we strive to get a good result on (and is the nemesis of so many
GF bakers), because it forms the basis of so much that we eat (and frankly a good
sandwich makes lunch so much easier!)
I'm especially anxious to try her Scrumptious
