for GF bread to be eaten as «toast»....
Set your
bread maker to gluten free setting (I set mine to
GF medium brown crust, which takes 1 hour and 50 minutes
for a full bake cycle).
So,
GF 1:1 baking flour (blue packaging if using Bob's Red Mill) usually already includes xanthan gum and is typically used in pancakes,
breads, and muffins and is supposed to be able to be substituted equally
for wheat flour.

gf version i pureed 1 cup of the beans and omitted the
bread — rich and thick.
