I know its not
GF, but I love subbing out about 1/2 of the flour for rye flour when I want the
cake to be extra sticky and gooey:) In addition to being better for you, rye flour has less elastic glutens in it and as a result its awesome for gooey textured desserts!!

GF — the test run of this
cake was easy and turned out fantastic on the first try!
Cakes don't need gluten to work and so I think they are extremely well suited to direct substitutions by weight in order to convert to
GF.
I stumbled across this website looking for simple
GF mug
cakes.
My muffin crushes lately are these
GF Banana Chocolate Muffins, Coffee
Cake Muffins and Two - Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins.
I've never seen their
GF flour blend, only their cookies and
cake mixes.

GF flour since she has celiac and I found that my
cake was «quite jiggly» even after a good 35 minutes — it's possible my oven wasn't hot enough but I was surprised at how long it took to set.
1 package of gluten - free
cake mix (I know... I know, I haven't yet mastered the art of vegan, gluten - free baking) I used Bob's Red Mill chocolate

All you need is your favorite complete pancake mix that only requires water or milk (I used Kodiak
Cakes protein pancake mix but I know Bob's Red Mill has a
GF mix as well) and some peanut butter and jelly and you've got a delicious pancake made in less than 2 minutes, what could be better?

cake-dairy-free-nut-free-probably-paleo-too) and quite a few people have had luck replacing the eggs on that one with flax - eggs.
Can't wait to let you know how it turns out (this will be the only
cake at the party since the «star» of the show is

I use them interchangeably for all my
GF baking projects and whenever a recipe calls for flour, everything from cookies and
cakes to breads and biscuits.If you are converting a recipe to gluten - free, use 120 grams of the flour blend for each 1 cup flour called for in the recipe plus 1/4 tsp xanthan gum or 1/2 tsp psyllium husk powder.
