every GF oat flour available in the USA and this is the best.

For a gluten - free loaf, use
GF oat flour and breadcrumbs and of course be sure to check all other ingredients.
It just makes things way too dense / dry so I used buckwheat flour and
gf oat flour and ommitted the eggs too... It turned out yummy.
Or if you don't need it to be Paleo maybe use
gf oat flour (probably half as much as the amount of almond flour).

GF flour, 1/4 cup
oat flour in place of flax meal, sparkling water, honey and used 1/4 cup almond meal instead of milk powder.
GF recipes CAN have a higher glycemic index (GI) depending on the
flours used — Rice, potato and maize are quite starchy and have calorie / sugar content than regular
flours like whole wheat and
oat flour.

You can grind your own
oat flour in a vita - mixer or heavy duty blender using
GF oats.
By adding
oat flour, in combination with small amounts of other
GF flours and starches, it actually gave moisture and elasticity to the mix.

flour and little to no sorghum /
oat flour.

GF flour will work better than almond
flour or
oat flour.
I love almond, coconut and
oat flours and they just happen to be
GF so I figure why not blog about it?
I replaced the
oat flour for a
gf floor (cause i don» t have a food processor) and was afraid they'll be too... hard, but after finish them in the sauce they were so soft and perfect, i loved them.
I haven't tried that, so I can't say for sure... you might have better luck with something like
oat flour (ground from
GF oats).
I'd use the same measure for the
oat flour (if subbing
GF), and maybe a touch more for the spelt sub — just a guesstimate.
