After reading this post and doing research on the two models and gf or not
gf settings, it looks like the Dough setting is the closest to time of the kneading / rising time of the GF setting on the newer machine.
I have a Zojirushi mini bread machine that doesn't include
the GF settings.
I'm new to the whole gluten free thing, I purchased a Cuisinart bread maker with
GF settings and have your all purpose gluten free bread mix, do I need to add all this other stuff to the mix and liquids in the machine?
My crockpot is too small for my loaf tin: (My breadmaker has
a gf setting with only one rise (around 3 hrs in total).
I was really disappointed to find that
the GF setting was a 3 - rise cycle.

the GF setting on the Zojirushi isn't really much of a punchdown, so it's fine to just use
the GF setting.

I have the manual but can not find anything about overriding the preprogrammed
settings to make a
GF bread.
