Every Spring the members of the Cannon Beach
Gallery Group look forward to the weekend when they unveil the newest work by their featured artists.
Not exact matches
And like a
gallery wall, you can do a mix of photography prints, abstracts, and typographic art... If the thought of accumulating enough framed pieces to pull off the
look scares you, just take it one piece at a time (like the last photo), start out symmetrically (like the first photo) and work your way ledges and large
groupings (all the photos in between!).
If I were
looking for romance, I find that the best
groups are the ones that are not the «obvious» meat markets — singles
groups, wine tasting
group,
gallery tour, etc..
You'll find member uploaded
galleries including nudity, hot videos of local singles,
group chat rooms with video and audio, and thousands of profiles of people
looking for live action.
In the case of a lesson planning process, teachers could work with other teachers in a grade band in
groups of 3 - 5 teachers and then share their work with the large
group in one of several ways: a
gallery walk of a product, small
group presentations to the large
group, or forming several K - 12
groups that have representatives of each grade band to
look at and provide feedback on the work.
The
gallery, too, has moved south to 19th street, and its first
group exhibition
looks promising.

The first thing I showed was Super Mario Clouds in a summer
group show in 2003, and I remember
looking up one day and seeing Deb Singer and Chrissie Isles and Shamim Momin in the
gallery looking at this Super Mario thing, and I thought to myself, «Oh my God, they're going to put him in the Whitney Biennial.
