Garlic Chicken Stir - Fry is an easy, one pan meal that's ready in just 30 minutes.

garlic / Saute quietly in 3 T olive oil for about 8 minutes,
stirring often — don't let them brown / Add 2 C
chicken or vegetable stock and simmer together with 1 T finely chopped rosemary and 1 — 1 1/2 T winter or summer savory (I had to use dried) until stock is reduced to just below the onion mixture / Still no salt / Mixture will be a little like «marmalade» in terms of thickness / The reduction will take anywhere from 30 -40 minutes, about the same time required to cook the beans / When both are done mix together with salt (start w / 1 teaspoon) and pepper to taste / Cook together for another 10 minutes / Good stuff.
In a diferent pot, add oil, butter onion and
garlic and cook for 3 minutes, add the
chicken stir, at this time you can add, mushroom, salt, pepper, the chipotle peppers, milk, a cup of the broth, heavy cream and cilanro, let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Stir in the
garlic and
chicken sausage, and cook one additional minute.
- Next, add in the sliced potatoes, and fold them into the caramelized onions /
garlic to coat them well; add in the
chicken stock and
stir to combine, then push the sliced potatoes down into the stock / onion mixture as much as possible to allow them to cook evenly; cover the pan / pot with a lid that is askew to allow some steam to escape, and simmer on medium - low heat for about 15 minutes,
stirring gently once or twice during this time; then, uncover the pan / pot and allow the potatoes to continue to simmer for another 10 minutes, or until they are tender and the sauce a bit thickened,
stirring once or twice during that time.
Add the mashed squash and
garlic,
chicken or turkey stock, bay leaves
stirring well to combine.
To prepare your
stir - fry: Put a large pan of water on to boil • Peel and finely slice the ginger and
garlic • Finely slice the chile • Slice the
chicken into finger - sized strips and lightly season with salt and pepper • Cut the ends off your scallions and finely slice • Pick the cilantro leaves and put to one side, and finely chop the cilantro stalks • Halve the bok choy lengthways • If using the mushrooms, either tear into pieces or leave whole

stir - fried with carrots, onions, tomatoes, spinach, chard, water chestnuts, zucchini, and broccoli.

Stir in the cooked

When making pesto out of wild
garlic, you can store it at least for two weeks in the fridge and you can use it to flavor many different foods, for example,
stir fried vegetables, noodles,
chicken, and soups.
Add onion,
garlic, jalapeños, cumin, and salt; cook 5 minutes or so,
stirring occasionally, until
chicken is cooked through and vegetables are softened.
Stir in
garlic, Sriracha sauce, honey and soy sauce and continue cooking until
chicken is cooked through, about 2 - 3 minutes more.
I amped them up with
garlic, ginger and sriracha and added some cornstarch to the meat sauce to add that gloss to the
chicken that makes
stir - fry so pretty.
For the rice bowl /
stir you see here, I used their Arborio rice and topped it with
garlic and lemon - marinated
chicken, a simple Greek - inspired salad, and a tasty tahini dressing.
Stir chicken and
garlic around for about 1 minute until all the
chicken is coated and the
garlic has cooked.

2 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts, cut into thin strips 2 tablespoons oil for
stir frying (butter / coconut oil / ghee) 1 teaspoon sesame oil 2 cloves
garlic, peeled and crushed 2 teaspoons fish sauce 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 lime, juiced 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 chili pepper (we use anaheim), trimmed and chopped Dash of hot sauce (if you want it spicier) 2 teaspoons sesame seeds Salad mix of your choice Vinaigrette of your choice (I like using Nourishing Gourmet's Everyday Salad Dressing) Chopped cilantro (optional)
For non-vegetarian, add the
chicken,
garlic salt and ginger and cook for 8 minutes
stirring occasionally.
After all the
chicken is cooked, add the remaining 2 teaspoons oil with the
garlic and onions to the Dutch oven, and cook on medium heat until browned,
stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes.
