What's in it: 1 lb hot turkey (or chicken) italian sausage 1 small sweet onion (or 1/2 large), finely chopped 1 cup carrots, chopped 1 tablespoon italian herbs 2 cloves of
garlic, finely minced 2 14.5 oz cans white beans (cannellini), rinsed and drained 2 14.5 - oz cans diced tomatoes (I used fire
roasted) 3 cups low sodium chicken broth (more or less according to desired thickness) 6 cups roughly chopped kale optional (but encouraged): 1
parmesan rind (I always save the ends of my
parmesan to use in soups.
Selections include inspired combos such as skillet pizza with
roasted garlic and crispy kale, and
roasted chicken and spaghetti squash with creamy
parmesan sauce.
It's hard to think how you could go wrong by adding
garlic and
parmesan to
roasted vegetables, and the answer, it turns out, is that you can't.
These

Maybe even more than our good old standby,
Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes.
400g of
garlic &
parmesan roasted vegetables was easily polished off by me, DH and Kipper.

parmesan cheese are so yummy and they are extremely easy to make too.
We ate the
garlic and
parmesan roasted romanesco with some sea bass and
roast potatoes, and again, it was easy to say which was her favourite part of the menu.
