got the idea to blend the cashews and coconut together into a mud cake base from the amazing
Wholefood Simply (see her recipe for her Coconut Mud Cake here); I love her site and the simplicity of her recipes which focus on using natural ingredients.
1) Yes or no please on the following two products, which I've had for lunch: a) Today for lunch I let myself
get persuaded into a «bread» mixture from the local
wholefood shop (ingredients: ground organic flax seeds, organic sunflower, coconut flour, Psylllium Husks, Nutritional Yeast, Gluten Free Baking Powder, Pink Salt).
It's definitely great to
get into a regime but I find it takes up so much of my time now — Sundays are pretty much out for me as it takes me ages to actually prep what to buy seeing as there's no direct gluten free vegan menu and I'll spend every evening cooking for ages even though I would pretty much eat a
wholefood diet before (but with a lot of fruit and some processed sugars which is why I wanted to do this.)
When it comes to choosing what
wholefoods you want to eat, don't
get bogged down in all the new food phenomenon.
