Perfect because whether you're topping with red sauce and a sprinkle of
mozzarella or you choose to
get fancy with meats, veggies and interesting cheeses it's bread covered in awesomeness no matter how you
slice it.
(Take my advice and try not to use a clear lid because once you see that cheese starting to melt it
gets way too tempting...) Here I used
sliced provolone, but you could also use
mozzarella, pepper jack, etc..
