Get Lots of Good Fats: Consume generous amounts
of virgin
coconut oil, pasture - raised eggs, extra-virgin olive
oil, wild - caught salmon and grass - fed butter / ghee.
Nuts and seeds and
coconut flakes all already have a
lot of natural
oil in them, so you don't have to add much extra
oil to
get them to brown in the oven.

of 300 and a a1c
of 11.8.
