I prefer the Alfa Romeo
Giulia on both of those fronts, though I understand why some of you may be hesitant to take that particular leap (whatever you want to say about their historical enthusiast followings, Kia and Alfa are diametrically opposed when it comes to their reliability reputations).

Like all the high performance versions
of compact executive models you'll need to drive with a bit more care and attention to avoid kerbing those beautiful alloys or knocking chunks out
of the
front splitter
on parking bay kerbs, but otherwise the practicality is largely
on a par with regular
Giulia models.
To showcase the
Giulia's sporting side at its most extreme, Alfa chose to reveal the car solely in M3 - baiting Quadrifoglio trim, marked out by an extendable
front Active Aero Splitter, the iconic triangular four - leaf clover emblem
on the wings, vents aft
of the
front wheels, large black telephone - dial wheels and an enormous rear diffuser replete with quad tailpipes.
On the active side
of the
Giulia's safety equipment, it has an optional
front crash prevention system.
Ahead
of its unveiling
on June 24 at the Expo Milan, the Alfa Romeo
Giulia has been teased by way
of a very blurry image
of its
front - three - quarter profile.
Exterior badging: Alfa Romeo logo
on the
front grille, a chrome script reading «
Giulia Sprint GT»
on the boot lid, and rectangular «Disegno di Bertone» badges aft
of the
front wheel arches.
