storm makes sense to me for 2 reasons: it was the result, in part, of putting a hurricane together with extratropical
storm - forming conditions — however, both parts would have been alive on their own, no need to
give it the spark of life as it just
happens on it's own.
The question is what
happens to a
given site with a
storm that had tropical origin.
