I love raw food and baking, lately I have
changed all my recipes to
gluten free ones, since i was diagnosed with celiac disease a bit over 6 months ago.

changing leaves, colder days and warmer meals.
Many quick bread recipes can be
changed to
gluten -
free versions by
changing wheat flour to a
gluten -
free flour mixture.
The only
changes I made were using a
Gluten Free Panko, and I added about 1/4 cup
Gluten Free All Purpose Flour to the Panko to give it extra sticking power.
I've never been to one but I am excited to attend next year now that my daughter has to be
gluten free I'm converting over the whole family as a lifestyle
change
It's also a nice
change of pace for

changes I made were that I used earth balance non-dairy original butter sticks, doubled the recipe, used 3 1/2 cups ground oats and 1 cup of a
gluten free flour blend.
I am a
gluten free vegan, so arrowroot custard makes a
change from soya yogurt.
