On the surface, it might just look and sound like an investigation based game where a
Pikachu that is not voiced by Danny Devito, is
going around town with a magnifying glass, but it's so much more than that.
That's alright though, because the Great Detective
Pikachu is on the case and before you can even
go to the park and begin Chapter 1 of this 9 chapter long adventure, there is something of a tutorial to be had.
We predict their is
going to be a «Kirby» animated film by Toho Co. & New Line Cinema based on «Kirby: Right Back at Ya» where Kirby meets
Pikachu and other Pokemon first time ever that starts «Kirby: Right Back At Ya!
A Pokémon Channel styled game, where you have a

go on adventures and stuff together.
The story in Detective
Pikachu revolves around the adolescent Tim Goodman teaming up with his father's
Pikachu (identifiable by his unique Sherlock Holmes style detective cap) to help solve the mystery of why Pokémon are
going berserk.
With you analyzing evidence and
Pikachu getting the word on the street from other Pokémon, your teamwork can get to the bottom of everything
going on in the big city.
Gameplay-wise, Detective
Pikachu is relatively simple to get into: you
go around a linear area talking to various people and Pokemon.
Ryan Reynolds will film the role in motion capture, meaning he's
going to have to learn some
Pikachu body - language.
For those who would prefer not to grind their way through, snagging the boisterous, coffee - addicted Detective
Pikachu amiibo is the way to
go.
So even if the Devito meme had never happened,
Pikachu was always
going to end up sounding like he could give you lessons in doing your taxes and alimony payments.
It's certainly possible that one of Perlman's other commitments (she's also working on the Detective
Pikachu movie) led to her stepping away from Captain Marvel too, or that Marvel decided to
go in a different direction than what LeFauve and Perlman had in mind.
