Not exact matches
It distracts us from
God and from the world
around us, with all its
beauty and all its injustice.
Perhaps that confuses more than clarifies my position but I'll be the first to admit that I have not yet found the clarity that I seek and yet I would rather be where I am now than in the blind certainty of previous years when I thought I had it all figured out but was in fact wearing blinders that made it easier to look straight ahead but caused me to miss out on so much of the
beauty of
God all
around me.
In Matthew 20:16, Jesus is saying that it is we who are upside down and backwards, and if we let Him, He will turn our world right way
around for us so that we can see the truth and
beauty that is
God's Kingdom.
For years, I toyed
around with the idea of having a blog where I could share
God's love by sharing my devotions with other women, as well as my love for
beauty and style, inspiring them to live beautifully from the inside out.
This brought my best friend to mind, someone who continually finds the
beauty God puts above, right underneath and all
around us.

God and his
beauty and goodness is all
around us!!

I am thankful that
God reveals Himself through the
beauty of nature
around us.
There is something about the beach, the solitude even when there are people
around, the crashing of the waves, the mighty expanse of the ocean, all the
beauty of
God's creation, that just draws me in a bit closer to Him.
Wow, you really have a way of seeing things... that must be pleasing to
God, the way you see
beauty all
around you.
