Both approaches yield their share of funny stuff, bolstered by good casting that ranges from Judy Greer and Bobby Cannavale as, respectively, Lang's ex-wife and her cop fiancé, to cameos from Gregg Turkington and the voice of Tom Kenny.

Though everyone had absolutely standout voice work performances, the one that really stood out to me was Liam Neeson's Bad Cop / Good Cop.

He has the type of voice that screams «authority figure» and as such, he has mostly played cops and lawyers in his past series (almost always just for one episode), although he has worked in some criminal roles, as well.

The audio department is rather strong however, with excellent voice acting and a good soundtrack of Jazz music that sounds straight out of a cop drama.
